This challenge is simple.
Complete 1 Mile: Walk, jog, or run a mile daily as a form of stewardship of the body (walking pad counts).
Mindset and Faith Practice: Spend 5–15 minutes daily on personal and/or spiritual growth through:
Listening to a personal development podcast or video (this can include Growth Day)
Journaling reflections, gratitude, goals, or lessons learned (prompts will be provided)
Reading a devotional or Bible passage.

You will get plugged into an exclusive community where we be in it together. We will share reflections, struggles, milestone victories, and prayer request. There will be weekly focus and weekly check ins as well as a prize opportunity for those who complete the month by completing at least 20 days.
